Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use BolNote. They are written to be read, not to be impressive. By signing in, you agree to them.
What BolNote does
You record yourself saying a list. We send that audio to an AI model, which writes it down and organises it, and we give you the result. You can edit it, tick items off, and export it.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for that Google account staying yours — anyone who can open it can use your credits. One person, one account.
Credits and payment
BolNote is prepaid. A pack costs ₹199 and adds 500 credits. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Credits are charged from what each list actually costs us to process, so a long or noisy recording costs more than a short clear one. The exact number is shown after every list. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

What the AI produces
Check your list before you rely on it. Speech recognition makes mistakes, particularly with unusual words, heavy background noise, or several people talking. We show a warning on items we are unsure about, but we cannot catch everything.
BolNote is for everyday lists. Do not use it where a mistake would be dangerous — medication doses, medical or legal instructions, or anything safety-critical.
What you may not do
- Record anyone without their knowledge, where that is unlawful
- Upload content you have no right to, or that is illegal
- Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits or authentication, or test our security without asking us first
- Resell or rebrand BolNote as your own service
- Run automated bulk requests against the service
We may suspend an account that does these things. If we suspend you for something you did not do, we will refund your unused credits.
Availability
We do not promise BolNote will always be available. It depends on services we do not control, including Google's AI model. When a list fails to process, you are not charged for it.
Liability
BolNote is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the previous three months. Nothing here removes rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Ending it
You can stop using BolNote whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, refunding unused credits unless the breach was fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
